Mayor Gamec inquired if it would be preferential to utilize the Council Contingency fund in emergency situations like this, rather than utilizing the Public Works funds. City Administrator Norman replied the Public Works funds being utilized are coming from areas with built in contingencies. Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution #06- 03-083 approving the use of $8,875 from Council Contingency for the grinding and disposal of the 2005 storm debris. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Jeffrey, Elvig, Olson, Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. Case #10A: Introduction of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Property Located at 14280 Sunfish Lake Boulevard and Schedule a Public Hearing to consider a Business Subsidy Agreement with Riverside Manufacturing, Inc. City Attorney Goodrich explained the City has entered into a TIF agreement with Riverside Manufacturing, Inc. As a part of the transaction, the City is to convey title to: The East 500 feet of the South 200 feet (as measured along the East and South lines respectively) of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE ¼ of SE ¼) of Section numbered Twenty-seven (27), Township Thirty-two (32) North of Range Twenty-five (25) West to Riverside Manufacturing. In order to complete this transaction a sale ordinance needs to be introduced and adopted authorizing the sale. Staff is also asking that the Business Subsidy Agreement public hearing be scheduled for Tuesday, April 25, 2006. Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to introduce an ordinance authorizing the sale of The East 500 feet of the South 200 feet (as measured along the East and South lines respectively) of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE ¼ of SE ¼) of Section numbered Twenty-seven (27), Township Thirty-two (32) North of Range Twenty- five (25) West, and to schedule a public hearing on Tuesday, April 25, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. to consider a Business Subsidy Agreement with Riverside Manufacturing, Inc. Case #10B: Consider Approval of a Certificate of Correction for the Ramsey Town Center Fifth Addition Plat City Attorney Goodrich explained after the plat for Ramsey Town Center Fifth Addition was recorded, Anoka County noticed a surveyor's error in the plat's legal description and drawing. A Certificate of Correction has been prepared by Hakanson Anderson in conjunction with Anoka County. The City is being asked to approve the Certificate of Correction.
