Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-068 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />RIVERSTONE SOUTH THIRD ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br />applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot M, Riverstone South, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of Riverstone South Third Addition on <br />May 9, 2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Final Plat and Development Agreement for <br />Riverstone South Third Addition, contingent upon: <br />a. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br />b. Final review and approval by City Engineer. <br />c. Plans subject to current Staff Review Comments in Proj ectDox. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 91h <br />day of May, 2023. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
