aseociation of <br /> <br />metropolitan <br />munic[palitiee <br /> <br /> PROPOSED REVISIONS <br /> <br /> TO <br /> <br />HOUSING CHAPTER OF THE METROPOLITAN <br /> <br /> DEVELOPMENT GUIDE <br /> <br /> (Dated October, 1984) <br /> <br />The AMM Housing Committee and Board of Directors have <br />completed their review of the proposed revisions to the <br />Housing Chapter of the Metropolitan Development Guide. The <br />committee spent all or part of six different committee <br />meetings in the course of this review. The Housing Committee <br />and Board are in general agreement with the overall thrust of <br />the major concepts contained in the Housing Chapter, but do <br />have a number of concerns and offer several recommendations <br />for dealing with these concerns. <br /> <br />The committee's and board's concerns and recommendations are <br />contained in the following pages of this report.
