(PROJECT 184-13 <br />M~NICIPAL WELL NO. 1) <br /> W~, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted this resolu- <br />tion approving the following project in the City of Bamsey: <br /> <br /> Resolution ~84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's <br /> Bend (formerly First Guaranty Property) for municipal <br /> utilities and municipal trunk facilities. <br /> <br /> ~%5I) W~, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution <br /> 184-147 awarding the bid to Bergerson Caswell, /nc. for the construction of Mun- <br /> icipal Well No. 1; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of ]~akanson Anderson Associates, <br /> Inc., rec~,~nded partial payment in his letter dated Oct(~ber 16, 1984 to Berg- <br /> erson Caswell, Inc. in the ~mount of $13,845.30. <br /> <br /> NOW ~!qEREFORE, BE IT RES(~L¥~ BY ~E CITY OGUNCIL fF ~E CITY OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA <br /> O(~NTY, STATE (1~ MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Gat the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes <br /> partial payment to Bergerson Caswell, Inc. for Municipal Well No. 1 in the a- <br /> mount of $13,845.30. <br /> <br /> 2) Gat the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the <br /> Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. <br /> <br /> 3) Gat the total amount of this partial payment is not included in <br /> Resolution ~84-222 adopted by the Ramsey City Council on October 23, 1984 that <br /> approved payment of the bills for the month of Octd~er. <br /> <br /> 4) ~hat the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed <br /> coI~Y of this resolution. <br /> <br /> ~he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilme~ber Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the follcwing voted in <br /> favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilm~rs Van Wagner, Beimann and Sorteberg <br /> <br />and the foll~in9 voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilm~r Schlueter <br /> <br /> <br />
