This gives us 5Z houses for the year which is slightly behind last
year. I would expect that there will be about 60 housing starts for the year.

The River's Bend project is proceeding very well even with the less than desireable
weather we've been experiencing lately. The well is nearly complete and a
good portion of the laterals are completed. Work on the subtrunk which will
cross Highway ~47 should start sometime next week.

Bids have been received for the sewer work at the Meeks residence. We are
now waiting for her letter stating that it is acceptable for the City to proceed
with the work. I don't think that this will be a problem, as she is in receipt
of a complaint which was filed against her about three weeks ago.

I would also note that Anne Norris is proving to be a real asset. She learns
very quickly, is a self-starter and already has a good feel for the things she
will be responsible for.

CRB:pjc
