Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />PROPOSI~) FOlD Ali) FUEL AT RIVER'S BERD PROPERTIES: <br /> <br />Mr. Rick Foster, representing River's Bend Properties, will be avail- <br />able at the meeting with his site plan to inform you of their proposal <br />to oonstruct a Food and Fuel store just south of the right-of-way for <br />the proposed bridge. Inasmuch as the proposal is in compliance with <br />the requirements of the ordinance, no Council action is necessary. <br />~owever, at this time, the developers are not sure if it is feasible <br />to extend sewer and water to this site. If not, and they will know by <br />the time of the meeting, they would be seeking authorization from the <br />City Council to install an on-site septic system and well until such <br />time as the utilities could be extended. <br /> <br />~: Council action will have to be determined at the <br />time of the meeting. <br /> <br />LEGAL (A. The <br />above enclosure also contains a ~ dated November 20, 1984 from the <br />City Attorney regarding this permit. <br /> <br />~: Your action will be to note that you have reviewed <br />the above correspondence. <br /> <br /> b) Letter from Mr. William Erhart, Attorney at Law, dated <br />November 6, 1984 - Enclosure (D3-b) contains said letter which informs <br />the City of a possible suit.
