ARLENE VOIT FOR A VARIANCE FROM T~E SUBDIVISION RE- <br />OUIREMENTS FOR A METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION OF OUTLOT "A" IN <br /> <br />In 1982, the City Council passed Resolution ~82-5 which set forth the <br />conditions for the subdivision of Outiot "A". ~ese conditions were: <br /> <br />a) Provide adequate soils information to prove to the City that <br /> there are t~o buildable lots under the present City ordinanc~ <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Easements be provided to handle the drainage from the Rolling <br />Green Addition as determined by the City Engineer. If the <br />Outlot is subdivided, it is the intent that the easement be <br />placed along the proposed subdivision line. <br /> <br />¢) <br /> <br />Easements be provided for the drainage and upgrading of 167th <br />Avenue NW to Municipal State Aid Standards as determined by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Condition (c) has been completed. <br /> <br />~he Ramssy Planning and Zoning Oa,,,,ission considered Ms. Voits's <br />quest at the November 5th meeting. ~he C~,.',,ission reco~,~ended approval <br />of the request contingent on the developer satisfying portions (a) and <br />(b) of Resolution ~82-5 and obtaining a perk test rather than soil <br />borings to prove that the soil is capable of handling the necessary <br />septic systems. <br /> <br />If this subdivision is approved, it will also require a variance from <br />the required 200 foot minimu~ lot width. <br /> <br />~he City Engineer needed additional information from the applicant in <br />order to review this request. If he gets that information, he will <br />try to have a report ready at the time of the meeting. <br /> <br />For your information, included as enclosure (D3-e) is the following: <br /> <br /> a) Maps bowing location of the Outlot <br /> b) Resolution %82-5 <br /> <br />~: If the City Engineer has a report ready at the <br />meeting, consider this request and direct staff to prepare a resolu- <br />tion for the approval/disapproval of a subdivision by metes and bounds <br />of Out. lot "A", ~ncluding the variance for the minimum yard width re- <br />qulrement. If the City Engineer does not have a report ready at the <br />time of the meeting, continue this item to the next Council meeting on <br />December 11, 1984. <br /> <br /> <br />
