These <br /> two items do not really concern me, however, the badly bent large anchor <br /> bolts concern me inasmuch as I do not know what effect straightening them.~ <br /> will have on the steel. <br /> <br /> Accordingly, I feel it is necessary for you to have your s.tructural engineer <br /> evaluate this and make a recommendation.
