We feel the City is developing Ramsey at too great a pace and that they are <br />thrusting th/s cluster ordinance down the throats of the res/dents. Rarnsey is <br />beg/rmmg to feet and resemble any other suburb, and that is not a compliment. <br /> <br />If City water and sewer become accessible, we have been told that connection <br />would be voluntary. Again, we do not trust the City Coundl. If they can change <br />ordinances on a whim for developers th/s time, they can cb. artge ordinances 10-15 <br />years down the road. We do not want to give the City even a remote foothold for <br />passing City water and sewer our way. <br /> <br />We do not want to see a high density housing arrangement.
