This acreage <br />ensured room for septic and water. Somehow this ordnance was changed. We <br />feel the City has altered the ordinance for the benefit of developers and for greed. <br /> <br />The City wants us to believe that a communal system will facilitate easy <br />connections to City water and sewer if/when those "improvements" come <br />through. The date at which this could occur is unknown. If the City would listen <br />to the Ramsey residents, the City would understand that we do NOT want City <br />water and sewer..Therefore, we do NOT WANT a communal system anywhere <br />NEAR.BY which would facilitate easy connections to City water and sewer. <br /> <br />Thc City would want us to believe that the cluster arrangement is a wise <br />investment for the day igwhen City water and sewer comes through. We <br />disagree. We believe that once the communal system is built, City water and <br />sewer are imminent. And, we DO NOT WANT City water and sewer. <br /> <br />-119- <br /> <br /> <br />
