It seems like this is just opening a can of worms and isn't in the best <br />interest of the city. What benefit does this have to the ci~? The <br />housing market in Ramsey is already flooded. <br /> <br />As we all know growth is inevitable but this project just doesn't make <br />sense. We hope that you are looking out for the best interest of the <br />citizens of Ramsey and won't be pushed around by these developers.. <br />These developers don't care about the City of Ramsey like its citizens <br />do. These developers will be in and out of here when they are done <br />and moving onto another community to make money. Along with most <br />of the community we would like.this issue to be brought back up by the <br />City Council for reconsideration of cluster homes in Ramses We <br />understand-that this land will be developed and we are fine with that <br />but wouldn't 2 1/2 acre lots make more sense then cluster homes? <br />Ramsey is a great place to live and seems to be coming together quite <br />nicely. We do not need these types of homes here. We hope you <br />consider all of our views before going on with this project and what <br />would be in the best interest of the citizens of Ramsey and that you <br />represent us the citizens of Ramsey. We would appreciate it if you <br />would pass our letter onto everyone on the planning commission and <br />address our letter at the meeting.
