By 2016 an additional 154 homes are expected. Based <br />on the traffic analysis provided, our recommendations and conclusions are: <br /> <br />I. Stop signs to be placed at Access Locations with Tiger Street (for areas east and <br /> west of Armstrong) and Baugh Street (for area west of Ax'mstrong). <br /> <br />2. As more development occurs in the surrounding area north of 173'd Avenue NW, <br /> left mm lanes on Armstrong Boulevard at Tiger Street may be needed to separate <br /> left turning traffic from the through traffic to keep accident rates low.
