No <br />mitigation is required. <br /> <br />All intersections perform well under the Baseline and Build scenarios for all analysis <br />years. Overall, the small amount of added traffic of the new developments does not <br />degrade the operations of any of the analyzed intersections. Volume-to-capacity ratios <br />are also consistently below 1.00 for all movements at all intersections.
