Date:

Name:

Address:

Dear Council Member:

We do not want a cluster development with a communal septic system in our area for the

following reasons:

We don't trust the City Council.

Ramsey used to have a one-acre minimum plat for one-house. This acreage
ensured room for septic and water. Somehow this ordinance was changed. We
feel the City has altered the ordinance for the benefit of developers and for greed.

The City wants us to believe that a communal system w/Il facilitate easy
connections to City water and sewer iffwhen those "improvements" come
through. The date at which this could occur is unknown. If the City would listen
to the Ramsey residents, the City would understand that we do NOT want City
water and sewer. Therefore, we do NOT WANT a commufial system anywhere
NEARBY which would facilitate easy connections to City water and sewer.

The City would want us to believe that the cluster arrangement is a wise
investment for the day if/when City water and sewer comes through. We
disagree. We believe that once the communal system is built, City water and
sewer are imminent. And, we DO NOT WANT City water and sewer.

-167-
