We feel the City is developing Ramsey at too great a pace and that they are
thrusting this cluster ordinance down the throats of the residents. Ramsey is
begirmmg to feel and resemble any other suburb, and that is not a compliment.

If City water and sewer become accessible, we have been told that connection
would be voluntary. Again, we do not trust the City Council. If they can change
ordinances on a whim for developers tiffs time, they can change ordinances 10-15
years down the road. We do not want to ~ve the City even a remote foothold for
passing City water and sewer our way.

We do not want to see a high density housing arrangement. We moved here
because of the space each indiv/dual home owner possesses, and we treasure that.
We would rather have big houses on large lots which increase our home's value
than to see multiple homes clu$~ered in close prex£mity.

Other:

Sincerely,

-168-
