Any person, finn, entity or corporation that undertakes any development activity in violation of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to any additional <br />legal or equitable remedies available to the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #06- , which has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance: <br /> <br />Interim Ordinance #06- establishes a moratorium on all subdivision and platting in the R-1 <br />Rural Developing District in the City of Ramsey. The purpose of the moratorium is to protect the <br />City's planning process and the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens and consider the <br />development standards for the R-I Rural Developing District. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and thirty (30) days after publication according to <br />law, subject to Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota on the 1 lth day of April, 2006. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Thomas G.
