ORDINANCE NO. 06- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING DEDICATED PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and m~der the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated road right-of-way is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> All that part of 167th Avenue N.W. and Marble Street N.W. as dedicated in the recorded <br /> plat of Westby First Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the westerly <br /> extension of the south line of Lot 1, Block I, Westby First Addition.. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
