CASE # <br /> ADOPT ORDINANCE TO VACATE EASEMENT <br /> IN RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 3rd ADDITION; <br /> CASE OF SOPHIA-RAMSEY, LLC <br />By: Sylvia Frolik, Assistant Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As part of fulfilling the City's requirements to provide as-builts upon completion of development <br />projects, the developers of Ramsey Town Center 3~ Addition determined that the rear wall of the <br />Coborns building encroaches the drainage and utility easement on the south side of the building. <br />The encroachment measures 5 feet x 107 feet. The following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />e) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Exhibit of tm&flying easement to be vacated <br />Proposed Ordinance <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />City Staff attempted to notify property owners within 350 feet of the Subject Property of the <br />public hearing to vacate easements. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />City Council introduced the ordinance on March 28, 2006.
