Section 5.09.05, Subdivision 8b, Control, Trespass, Roadways and Impoundment <br /> <br />"Control, Trespass, Roadways and Impoundment" is hereby amended: <br /> <br />The Chief of Police or any designated agent of the City may impound any horse <br />found at large and shall provide proper sustenance for such impounded horse. <br />The Chief of Police or designated agent shall, within 24 hours after any such <br />horse has been impounded, post ,mitten notice at the City Hall describing such <br />horse and stating that it has been impounded and ncti~, the Hcr:c Car~ <br />Cc.'~,'..izzicn.
