ORDINANCE # 06- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REPEALING <br />SECTION 2.03.06, SUBDIVISION 5, HORSE CARE BOARD AND <br />AMENDING SECTION 5.09.05, HORSES <br /> <br />An ordinance to amend Chapter 2 of the City Code titled "Council, Boards and <br />Commissions" and Chapter 5 of the City Code titled "Municipal Regulations". <br /> <br />SECTION 1.
