The City Council will review the nomination list and the department heads' <br />recommendation for each category. The City Council will take the department <br />heads' recommendation into consideration and will make the final determination <br />regarding winners. <br /> <br />6. At the fall luncheon, the winners will be presented with recognition certificates <br /> and a small inexpensive gift of the employee's choosing. Sample gifts, are as <br /> follows: <br /> <br />One hour of compensatory time off <br /> <br />Message on the City Hall sign with the employee's name for one week <br /> <br /> "Joe Smith, City of Rams&y Parks Maintenance Worker, is a Great <br /> Performer! !" <br /> <br />Shirt with City logo <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staffrecommends that the Personnel Committee discuss the outline for the employee <br />recognition program.
