Unplatted or vacant commercial, retail, non-profit, tax exempt, and institutional, properties will be assessed as described above based upon the land use allowed by the ordinance. Unplatted or vacant properties zoned residential that have frontage on two or more City owned roadways will be assessed for major roadway maintenance performed only on the roadway on which the propen'y has the greatest frontage. For said properties that have frontage on both a City owned and non-City owned roadway, the property will be assessed for major maintenance performed on the City owned roadway. ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE REPAIRS A. Storra Sewer, Sanitary Sewer and Water: The cost of lateral storm sewer improvements maintenance, new and reconsm~ction within the area where streets are receiving major maintenance will be included in the project cost to -289-
