If ~e <br />street is recomtructext to a design different than tho current standard, <br />tho total cost shall be fully assessed to those properties if conditions <br />warrant. <br /> <br />Properties abutting county roadways reconstructed to complete urban <br />design .m~d. having retmonablo access thereto shall bo assessed in <br />accordance with this policy, Tho assessments shrill be used to defray <br />the Ciys cost participation in the county improvement projects. <br /> <br />Properties or areas of property that have been determined to be <br />unbuildable shall be excluded ti'om asse.qsments. No building permits <br />will bo issued for ~uch property so deleted fi'om assessments. <br /> <br />Partial prepayraen~ of asses,gmont~ can be made itt accordance with <br />Amended Chapter 1II of the Plymouth City Cod~ (Ordinance 2005-06). <br /> <br />Senior Citizens tutd Disabled People Special Assessmants Deferrals in <br />a~:cordanco with City policy (if you ara at least 65 years ef age or are <br />disabled, you may quall5, to have special assessments deferred).
