Goodrich <br />City Attorney's Hourly Rates <br />March 5, 1985 <br /> <br /> I would like to request that my firm be permitted to charge <br />our hourly office rate for those types of City matters which are <br />reimbursed to the City by the person or corporation requesting <br />the service. The most frequent example would be in the case of <br />legal services related to a development. The City does collect <br />back the consulting fees incurred on such matters. <br /> <br />I am proposing that our fee structure would be as follows: <br /> <br />City Civil and Prosecution Work $50.00/hr* <br /> <br />Legal Assistant/Law Clerk <br /> <br />Items which are reimbursed to the <br />City by an applicant, developer, etc. <br /> <br />$25.00/hr* <br /> <br />$85.00/hr** <br /> <br />Attendance at City Council regluar <br />monthly meeting <br /> <br />$50.00* <br /> <br />* No change from current fee structure. <br /> <br />** This increase will not increase the City's <br />as this amount will be reimbursed to the City <br />corporation necessitating the expense. <br /> <br />legal fee expense <br />by the person or <br /> <br /> <br />
