Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:12 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:12 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig questioned if the easement includes a setback. <br /> <br />Civil Engineer II Linton replied Cobom's building was built into the easement, and the easement <br />is being moved outside of the foundation. This is a 30-foot wide easement and will be an <br />adequate width for a ditch or another pipe if needed. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to introduce an ordinance <br />to vacate the drainage and utility easements contained on Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center <br />3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
