SECTION 3 SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #06-05 has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of <br />the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #06-05 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 <br />(Zoning and Subdivision of Land) Section 9.11.02 (Accessory Structures) to: <br /> <br />Adjust the square footage maximums for accessory space on parcels less than <br />2 acres in size. <br />Adjust the parcel size categories for properties less than 2 acres in size to <br />reflect a more equitable system for determining maximum allowable <br />accessory structure space. <br /> <br />SECTION 4 EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, <br />subject to City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City Council the 28th day of March, 2006. <br /> <br />TES : · Mayor <br /> <br />Introduction Date: <br />Posting Dates: <br />Adoption Date: <br />Publication Date: <br />Effective Date: <br /> <br />March 14, 2006 <br />March 14 - 29, 2006 <br />March 28, 2006 <br />April 7, 2006 <br />May 8~ 2006 <br /> <br /> <br />
