ORDINANCE #06-05 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF L~ND CHAPTER OF THE CiTY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.11.02 (ACCESSORY BUILDINGS) OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #06-05 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as · clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #06-05 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision . of Land) Section 9.11.02 (Accessory Structures) to: · Adiust the square footage maxi- . mums for accessory space on parcels less than two (2) acres in size. · Adjust the parcel size categories for properties less than two (2) acres in size to reflect a more equitable system for determining maximum allowable acces- sory structure space. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
