ORDINANCE #06-05 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 <br /> WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br /> SUBDIVISION OF L~ND CHAPTER OF THE <br /> CiTY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> SECTION 9.11.02 (ACCESSORY <br /> BUILDINGS) OF THE RAMSEY CITY <br /> CODE. <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant <br /> to and under the authority of the Home <br /> Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br /> SECTION 2. SUMMARY <br /> The following official summary of <br /> Ordinance #06-05 has been approved by <br /> the City Council of the City of Ramsey as <br />· clearly informing the public of the intent <br /> and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> It is the intent and effect of Ordinance <br /> #06-05 to amend Ramsey City Code <br /> Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision <br />. of Land) Section 9.11.02 (Accessory <br /> Structures) to: <br /> · Adiust the square footage maxi- <br />. mums for accessory space on parcels less <br /> than two (2) acres in size. <br /> · Adjust the parcel size categories for <br /> properties less than two (2) acres in size <br /> to reflect a more equitable system for <br /> determining maximum allowable acces- <br /> sory structure space. <br /> SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective <br /> thirty (30) days after its publication sub- <br /> ject to the City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Ramsey this the 28th day of <br /> March, 2006. <br /> Thomas G.
