City Administrator Norman stated that the City does not receive more tax money, the pie
gets cut differently. .

Mayor Gamec thanked the Anoka County Assessors for coming and added that it's up to
the City Council to watch taxes and keep things in line. The Ramsey City Council is
really trying to watch to make sure services are in line with our growth. We have lost
about $1 million revenue from the State (LGA, etc.). The City Council has tried to
maintain home values and keep taxes on a level basis. We hope our growth helps and
there will be help with some commercial entities coming on line soon.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Olson to adjourn
the regular meeting of the Board of Review.

Motion carried. All present voted in favor.

The regular meeting of the Board of Review adjourned at 6:58 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

.Norman2~\ tf

Board of Review - April 10, 2006
