The Planning Commission met on April 6, conducted a public hearing and recommended <br />Council approval of the Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Planning Commission and City Staff are recommending approval of the Interim Use Permit to <br />temporarily maintain two dwelling units on one parcel. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to <br />adopt Resolution #06-04-__ adopting Findings of Fact # relating to Mr. and Mrs. <br />Benz's request for an Interim Use Permit to maintain two dwellings on one parcel for a <br />temporary period of time. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to <br />approve Mr. and Mrs. Benz's request for an Interim Use Permit, based on the findings of fact, to <br />maintain two dwellings at 15410 Hematite St. for a temporary period of time. and adopt <br />Resolution #06-04-__. <br /> <br />Motion_by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to <br />deny ME and Mrs. Benz's request for an Interim Use Permit based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Asst.
