On February 28, 2006, the City Council also discussed the need for a pedestrian path connection between the southerly terminus of Helium Street in Meadow and the crosswalk at 150t~ Lane to the south. This matter will be forwarded to the Public Works Committee for review. The County had also recommended that the access for the dental clinic on Nowthen Blvd. be eliminated and replaced on a street interior to the plat. City Staff's response is that the access onto Nowthen Blvd. is existing and will be retained. Per the recommendation of the County and the request of the owner of the commercial parcels, the site plan has been modified to include an accessory driveway from the commercial property to IQypton Terrace. Revised grading, drainage, street construction and utility plans have been received and reviewed. The review comments are contained in a memo from Leonard Linton dated April 20, 2006. Recommendation: City Staff is recommending that City Council rescind Resolution #06-02-064 granting final plat approval of Meadow on February 28, 2006 and approve the revised f'mal plat and final site plan in accordance with the City StaffReview Letter dated April 19, 2006 and the Engineering Memo dated April 20, 2006. Council Action: Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember Resolution #06-02-064 granting final plat and final site plan approval to Meadow. to rescind Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to adopt Resolution #06-04- granting revised final plat and final site plan approval to Meadow, contingent upon compliance with the City StaffReview Letter dated April 19, 2006 and the April Engineering Memo dated April 20, 2006, and the Developer entering into a development agreement with the City.
