Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # 06-04- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF MEADOW WHEREAS, GM Land Company, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer'S, properly applied for revised final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A, Ramsey Dental Clinic Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. Together with: Lot 2, Block 1, Holaseks Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota Together with: All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the easterly right of way line of County State Aid Highway No. 5 per Document No. 455358 and lying north of the north line of Pondvale Estates, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota a_nd its easterly extension. Except the east 20.00 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the S%utheast Quarter. Together with: All that part of the south 729.11 feet of the north half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the centefline of County State Aid Highway No. 5 per Document No. 455358.
