This <br /> information transfer must be included in the closing documents for each affected <br /> lot. <br /> · Access to the ex/sting City Hall, Police Station and Fire Station must be <br /> maintained at all times during construction. Provision must be made for <br /> relocating the Police Radar Calibration posts. Coordinate this work with the City. <br /> · The county will be constructing a communications tower in the northeast comer <br /> of the site. Coordinate work with the County contractor. <br /> · A trail must be shown along CSAH 5 (Nowthen Boulevard). The trail must be <br /> inside the plat on all platted lots. The trail must connect to the ex/sting trail at <br /> Alpine Drive and to 150m Lane. <br /> <br />Sheet G3 <br /> <br />Sheet G4 <br /> <br />Contact owners of ex/sting sheds and set up schedule for relocation. <br />The west end of the existing driveway to the Police station must be reconfigured <br />to provide a smoother Iransifion to the temporapy drive. The existing light pole <br />can be moved to make room for the revision. Minimum suggested radius should <br />accommodate a short semi-tractor trailer vekicle. <br /> <br />Work with ex/sting property owner adjacent to Block 4 to locate fence east of <br />property line. <br /> <br />Sheet G5 <br />Grading Sequence <br /> · Tree protection fence shall be installed 2nd.
