The <br /> detour plan must be approved by the City. All signing must conform to IVlN/DOT <br /> Temporary Traffic Contro'} Zone Layout Field Manual" <br /> <br />Sheet 3 <br /> <br />Sheet 4 <br /> <br />The water connection in Alpine Drive must be revised. A sketch will be provided. <br />The watermain at the extension of Helium and Alpine Drive is north of the right <br />of way on private property. Add note on street restoration. <br /> <br />Provide 8" sanitary sewer stub to east property line at 152"a Avenue. <br />Revise note to read Block 6, not 5. <br /> <br />Sheet 6 <br /> · Revise note to read Block 6, not 5. <br /> <br />Sheet 9 <br /> <br />Drainage fxom street must be captured at south property line. Ponding area south <br />of site does not have an outlet.
