CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Topic Report: Existing Municipal Center Campus <br />By: Heidi A. Nelson, Asst..City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />During the worksession of October 4th, staff discussed the future of the existing <br />Municipal Center campus and facilities. Staff suggested soliciting a proposal fi.om BKV <br />Group, the city's architects for the new Municipal Center as well as the past analysis of <br />the existing municipal center facility, to assist with the analysis for demolition and/or <br />renovation of the existing municipal center. BKV Group has provided a proposal th. at <br />would explore the renovation/demolition options for the Municipal Center facility and <br />address the continued operation of Fire Station No. 2 on the site.
