The <br />encroachment measures 5 feet x 107 feet. The Council introduced the ordinance on March 28, <br />2006. The ordinance is now eligible for adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adopt Ordinance #06- <br />09 to vacate the drainage and utility easements contained on Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town <br />Center Addition 3r~l Addition. <br /> <br />Further discussion: City Attorney Goodrich advised he will be amending verbiage in the legal <br />description included in the ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion on the floor amended as follows: <br /> <br /> City Council / April 11, 2006 <br /> Page 16 of 26 <br />-78- <br /> <br /> <br />
