MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec announced the following events: · Youth First Taste of the Community April 20th 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Greenhaven <br /> · Youth First meeting with the Rotary at McDuff's April 19® <br /> <br />Councilmember Cook announced the Commission Appreciation Banquet will be held April 17, <br />at 6:00 p.m. at Wells Catering. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec directed staff to provide information in the Ramsey Resident regarding City <br />Charter requirements that do not allow residents to be forced to hook up to City sewer and water. <br />He explained property owners have expressed concern that with the pipes being installed on <br />167th Avenue will fome sewer and water into residential areas. Assistant City Administrator <br />Nelson indicated the April Ramsey Resident included an article about the Northwest Sanitary <br />Sewer and watermain extension. Mayor Gamec stressed that articles about the project should <br />include information that the City Charter prevents requirements for premature hookup to sewer <br />and water. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the City Council adjourned at 9:34 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />James E.
