Kuzko Addition: Sketch Plan Review <br />April 28, 2006 <br />2 of 2 <br />Utilities: Through the petitioning process, residents have requested sewer and water lateral pipes <br />be installed down Ebony Street. These costs have already been paid by the residents through the <br />assessments outlined in the Engineering Feasibility Study. <br /> Access to Lots: Access to the proposed lot would be gained from Ebony Street. <br /> Park and Trail Dedication Fees: The current Park Dedication fee is $2,400.00 per new <br /> residential lot created. The current Tra~l Development Fee is $580.00 per residential lot created. <br /> The existing home is exempt from payment of park and trail dedication fee. The applicant is <br /> responsible for these costs before the plat can be recorded. Tlxe rote in effect at the time of final <br /> plat approval will be collected prior to the City releasing the plat for recording. <br /> Stormwater Management Fee: Stormwater Management Fees is $397.00 per lot. The rate in <br /> effect at the time of final plat approval will be collected prior to releasing the plat for recording. <br /> The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 PM on May 4th, 2006, at the Ramsey <br /> Fire Station located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for sketch plan <br /> review.
