Funding for this improvement is proposed to come from Pavement Management Funds and Stormwater Utility <br />Funds. <br />Staff has completed an estimate based on the final plans and anticipated 2023 construction costs, with a total <br />estimated project cost of $721,855.54, which includes 23-percent indirect costs for administrative, engineering, <br />finance, and legal costs. <br />• Street Project Costs $6241783.94 <br />• Storm Sewer Project Costs $97,071.60 <br />• Total Estimated Costs $721,855.54 <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends adopting Resolution #23-146 approving plans and specifications and authorizing advertisement <br />for bids for Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3 Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #23 -10. <br />On June 20, 2023 the Ramsey Public Works Committee reviewed the improvement project and recommended <br />City Council approve the plans and specifications and authorize advertisement for bids. The Committee also <br />recommended to not include additional drainage improvements to the existing swales since the doesn't appear to <br />be known drainage concerns.
