Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-146 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR WHISPERING PINES PLAT 3 STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #23-10 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the <br />Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3 subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #22-251, adopted November <br />7th, 2022, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk, Inc., for <br />topographic survey of the project area; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #22-251, adopted November <br />7th, 2022, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Haugo Geotechnical Services <br />for a geotechnical report of the project area; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #22-289, adopted December <br />131 2022, the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said <br />improvements; and <br />WHERES, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of <br />advertising for bids for the same improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the plans and specifications prepared by the <br />City Engineer and authorizes advertisements for bids for said improvements as City <br />Improvement Project #23-10, Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3 Street Reconstructions. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
