8. That there are currently two free-standing signs on the subject <br />property. <br />9. That Section 170.05 of the City Code allows one free-standing sign per <br />street frontage on a site, <br />10. That the Applicant is proposing to construct the proposed sign on one <br />of the signs currently located on the subject property. <br /> 11. That the Applicant has stated that such variance is necessary to <br /> properly advertise the facility located on the subject property. <br /> 12. That if granted, the variance will grant the Applicant special <br /> privileges that are denied by the City Code to other properties in the <br /> area, specifically, that there will be two free-standing signs on the <br /> property and the total signage will exceed the permitted signage specified <br /> in Section 170.05 cf the City Code. <br /> 13.
