PROPOSED rIP, Iii,ICE <br />SCENIC SIGN CORPORATION <br /> 6106 ItlGH~AI 10 <br /> RAHSEY ~ MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On February __, 1988 the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from <br />Section 170.05 of the Ramsey City Code to Scenic Sign Corporation to <br />construct a free standing identification sign larger than permitted on the <br />property generally known as 6106 Highway 10 N.W. and is legally described <br />as follows: <br /> That part of Lot 26, Auditors Subdivision No. 96 described as follows: <br /> Commencing at a point on the Northerly line of said Lot 26 which is <br /> 200 feet Easterly of the Northeast corner of Lot 13 said subdivision <br /> as measured along the Northerly line of said Lot 26; then Southerly <br /> parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot 13 for 190 feet; then <br /> Westerly parallel with the Northerly line of said Lot 26 for 200 feet <br /> and to the Southeast corner of said Lot 13; then Southerly on an <br /> extension Southerly of the Easterly line of said Lot 13 for 260 feet <br /> then Easterly at an interior angle to the Northeast of 91 degrees 30 <br /> minutes for 427.1 feet; then Northeasterly with a deflection angle to <br /> the left of 66 degrees 50 minutes for 49 feet; then Northeasterly with <br /> a deflection angle to the right of 36 degrees 24 minutes for 50.8 <br /> feet; then Easterly with a deflection angle to the right of 13 degrees <br /> 50 minutes for 51 feet; then Northerly with a deflection angle to the <br /> left 74 degrees 4 minutes for a distance of 168.1 feet; then Easterly <br /> with a deflection angle to the right of 90 degrees 26 minutes for 99 <br /> feet; then Northerly with a deflection angle to the left of 89 degrees <br /> 25 minutes for 163.1 feet and to the Northerly line of said Lot 26; <br /> then Northwesterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 26 to the <br /> point of commencing, together with an easement for road purposes over <br /> that part of Lot 26, Auditors Subdivision No. 96 described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the most Northeasterly corner of the above described <br /> parcel; then Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line thereof for 60 <br /> feet; then Northeasterly in a straight line to a point on the <br /> Northerly line of said Lot 26 which is 8 feet Westerly as measured <br /> along said Northerly line of the Northwesterly corner of Lot 14 said <br /> subdivision; then Westerly along the Northerly line of said Lot 26 to <br /> the point of beginning of this easement. <br /> This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 <br /> of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The sign'shall not exceed 35 feet in hight. <br /> <br /> 2. The sign shall not exceed 145 square feet in size. <br /> <br /> 3. The sign shall be constructed and maintained in accordance to the <br /> specifications of the City Code and Building Official. <br /> <br /> 4. The sign shall not be constructed until a sign application with <br /> related documents has been made with to the City Building <br /> Official and the Building Official has issued a sign permit. <br /> <br />5. The sign shall be properly maintained. <br /> <br /> <br />
