On May ~, 1988, a variance was issued to Mr. Gerald Ackerman to <br />construCt an accessory struCture taller than permitted by City Code on the <br />property generally known as 15510 Zirconium Street N.W. and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> Lot 11, Block 2, High Point Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />This agreement is issued pursuant to Section 170.013G of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The accessory structure shall be constructed of materials and a <br /> type construction to match the principal structure. <br /> 2. The accessory structure shall not exceed 22 feet in height. <br /> <br /> 3. The accessory structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans <br /> submitted to and approved by the City's Building Official. No <br /> construction shall commence without proper approval and permitting <br /> by the City Building Official. <br /> <br /> 4. The accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal <br /> vehicles, equil~nent and property only. <br /> <br /> 5. The accessory structure shall not be used for any commercial or <br /> industrial purposes. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Ackerman hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that <br />he has reviewed the conditions of this variance and has agreed that he will <br />comply with the terms of this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
