Fz. Anoerson noted that <br />Mr. Guyer nas not suk~itted a site plan drawn to scale; that he questions <br />the accuracy o~ oimensions indicated on Fir. Guyer's survey; that a list of <br />Mr. Guyer's qualifications have not been sut~itted; Mr. Guyer cannot meet <br />required setbacks or minimum lot size; he has not provided information <br />regarding how animals will be safely transported when outside of the <br />secondary enclosure; no building permit was obtained for the construction <br />of the Dear enclosure. <br /> <br />~z. Tim Klingbeil - lb430 Suntish Lake Blvd. - Stated that Mr. Guyer cannot <br />comply with 9u% of the ordinance requirements and inquired as to the <br />process ¥~. Guyer will have to proceed with to obtain necessary variances. <br />Noted that Mr. Guyer ~oes not comply with the requirement for a primary and <br />secondary enclosure and signage warning the public of the presence of <br />bears. <br /> <br />Mr. Guyer replied that his survey dimensions are as close to accurate as he <br />could get considering the amount of snow on the ground at the time he made <br />the measur~ents. Mr. Guyer stated that he realizes he cannot meet the <br />requirements of a wild animal license and that is why he is pursuing <br />variances ~tong with the license. ~.
