BURLINGTO~ i~ORTHERN and NDRT~ FORK have entered <br /> into a "Private Roadway Crossing Agreement", which is BURLINUTON <br /> NORTHERN'S Agreement do. CX87-6U46, dated Oece~ber ~, 1987. <br /> Said Agreement grants to NORTH FORK the right to cross the <br /> BURLINGTON NORTHERN tracks in the general vacinity of the <br /> proposed Dayton public at-grade crossing. <br /> 10. MN DOT nas granted rio the CITY as applicant and <br /> NORTH FORK as property owner an "Access Driveway Permit" which is <br /> Mil DOT'S Permit i~o. 5-A-87-55 and is dated September 8, 1987. <br /> Said permit, permits for a period of two (2} years, access by <br /> NORTH FORK on to U.S. High~ay 10 directly west of the Dayton Por~ <br /> <br />Weigh Station. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES <br />HOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto, hereby stipulate and <br /> <br />agree as <br /> A. <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> DAYTON RAILROAD CROSSING- <br />11.
