Any person knowing of a human <br />being bitten by ~ dog shall immeOiately notify the Ani~.lal <br />Control officer or tile Police ~epartment and said dog shall <br />then be confined and kept under observation for a period of <br />14 days before being disposed of, if necessory. <br /> <br />110.0313 uestroying a Dog. I~ shall be unlawful for any <br />person other than the Animal Control Officer or a Police <br />Officer to kill or destroy any dog or animal of the dog kind <br />running at large in the City or that has been known to bite a <br />person within a period of 14 days. <br /> <br />110.0314 Abandonment. No person shall abandon or release <br />any dog, ca~, or other animal within ti~e bounoaries of the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />110.0315 <br />Subd. 1. <br /> <br />uangerous D,~gs. <br /> <br />No person owning or harboring or havin] the care or <br />custody of a dangerous dog shall suffer or permit <br />such dog to go unconfined on the pre~ises of such <br />person.
