<br />D. "Handling" means feeding, manipulating, transporting, restraining,

<br />E. "Impound" means to seize and hold in legal custody.
<br />F. "The Keeping of Wild Animals" means possessing and handling of
<br />wild animals on an), properly and providing such an animal with the necessities
<br />of li:[e such as feeding and sheltering. The keeping of wild anima]s mat' in-
<br />clude animals being used or intended to be used :[or research, training, breed-
<br />ing, boarding, as a personal pet, or :[or agricultural purposes. The keeping
<br />of a wild animal ma), also include wild animals intended lo be used :[or exhibi-
<br />lion providing tha'~ such animals are not exhibiled `*,ithin the City, such
<br />as in the case o:[ a public showing, circus or zoo.
<br /> G. "Lixestock' means a lypical :[arm animal kept :[or agricultural use,
<br /> pleasure or profit including bdt not limited to horses, mules, sheep, goats,
<br /> ca~tle, swine, :Jowl, rabbits and mink.
<br /> H. "Lot" means a tract, plat or portion o:[ a subdivision or other parcel
<br /> or ]and intended as a unit :[or the purpose, whether immediate or future,
<br /> or transfer o:[ ownership or :[or the building development.
<br /> I. "Owner" means a person who keeps a wild animal or the parents
<br /> or guardians o:[ such a person under 15 ),ears of age.
<br /> 5. "Person" means an individual? partnership, firm, }oint stock company,
<br /> corporation, association, unincorporated association of individuals? Irusl;
<br /> estate, or other legal en~ity.
<br /> K. "Primary Enclosure" means the secure structure where the wild animal
<br /> is enclosed in The evenings, during inclemenl weather and au such other
<br /> limes `*,hen the wild animal is not permkzed to be in the secondary enclosure.

<br /> building, which enlire]y encloses the area in `*,hich the primary enclosures,
<br /> exercise facilities anf training facilkles are located and all handling activities
<br /> occur. Such secondary enclosure serves io contain a ,*'lid animal from running
<br /> al large and lo prevenl any unauthorized public access.
