On , 198_ a wild animal license was issued to Mr. Tom Guyer to keep wild ani-mals on the property generally known as 1D408 Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. and legally described as foll~'s: Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Tc~shlp 32, Range 25, Anoka County, F.{nnesota described as follows: Commencing at a l~oint 1~5.2 feet West of the Northeast corner tnereoI then South 17 degrees 50 m/nutes West 220.5 feet than South 20 degrees West 214.0 feet to the poin= of beginning (said point of beginning being on or near the centertine of County Road No. 57) then West parallel with the North line thereof 394 feet then South at rlgh= angles 204 feet then East at right angles parallel with North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to the centerllne of County Road No. 57 then Northeasterly along said centerline to the point of beginning.
