PROPOSfD CONDITIONAL USE PERF~T <br /> BRM~zy ~R, INC. <br /> <br />On February _, 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Breezy <br />Outdoor, Inc. to construct an advertising sign on the property generally <br />knc~n as 7009 Highway fl0 N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 1, Kovar Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Sections 170.013D and 170.054 of the <br />Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in it's <br />duration so long as the oonditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The sign shall be located at least 5 feet from the property <br /> line. <br /> <br />The proposed sign shall be constructed in accordance with the <br />specifications of Section 17 0.05 of the City Code and in <br />accordance withthe specifications of the Building Official. In <br />addition, the sign shall not be constructed until a sign permit <br />has been issued by the City. <br /> <br />3.
