Commissioner Hendriksen suggested that the 2.33 acre lot size be researched <br />as to whether or not it includes road right-of-way; it may be that the <br />Cuyer's don't need a variance to the 2.5 acre minimum lot size. <br /> <br />The Commission indicated that it would be favorable to granting a variance <br />to lot size if the animal enclosure setback requirements were met. <br /> <br />Mr. Coodrlch noted that the Commission would have to adopt a findings in <br />order to grant a variance. <br /> <br />Mrs. Kllngbeil - Inquired how the presence of the bears will impact <br />neighboring property values. <br /> <br />Chairman Zlmmerman replied that the Commission has no appraisal expertise <br />and does not know how or if property values would be affected. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Rendriksen to <br />table any action regarding Mr. Cuyer's request for s wild animal license <br />until such time as Mr. Curer. has submitted the necessary information <br />required by ordinance and outlined in Ms. Norris letter dated January 11 <br />1788.
