15 Minutes CASE ~5: <br /> <br />R~UEST FOR CONDITIONAL U-~. PEEMIT TO DISMANTLE BUSES; <br /> CASE OF MR. Roger Surer is requesting a conditional use permit to dismantle buses in <br />the I-1 Industrial District on the property at 14050 Basalt Street N.W. (the <br />old Dickenson property). As you may recall, this site was the home of many <br />old, inoperable Dickenson buses. In 1987, Mr. Surer dismantled and removed <br />these buses from the site. Mr. Surer is now proposing to bring the buses <br />currently located on Dickenson's property at 6106 Highway 10 N.W. to the <br />proposed site and dismantle them over a period of not more than one year. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a) Application <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Proposed findings of fact <br />d) Proposed conditional use permit <br />e) Letter dated February 2, 1988 fro~ Mr. Robert Brown <br />f) Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing and regular meeting <br /> minutes dated February 2, 1988 <br /> <br />C~servations: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on this request <br />on February 2, 1988.
